Products & Fabric
What materials does LINN use?
Each LINN product is made from a specific fabric chosen for its performance: waffle cotton for breathability, combed cotton for softness and absorbency, microfiber for hotel-smooth wrinkle resistance, and bamboo-cotton blend for natural temperature regulation. The material is listed clearly on every product page.
Are LINN products skin-friendly?
Yes. All LINN fabrics are selected to be gentle on skin — free from harsh synthetic finishes. Natural cotton blends get softer with every wash, not rougher.
Do the colours look the same in person as in the photos?
We photograph our products in accurate natural light. Minor variation may occur between screens, but the colour names (Warm Cafe, Moonlight Silver, Dusty Rose, etc.) are chosen to describe what you will actually receive.
Sizing
What bed size do LINN products fit?
All LINN bedding is designed to fit the standard Egyptian double bed — the most common size in Egyptian households. Product dimensions are listed on each product page. If you have a non-standard bed size, check the dimensions before ordering.
Do you offer different sizes?
Currently all LINN products come in one standard size designed to fit most Egyptian beds. Additional sizes may be introduced in future collections.
Care & Washing
How do I wash LINN products?
Care instructions are included on every product page and on the product label. As a general guide: most LINN cotton products can be machine washed at 30–40°C. Avoid tumble drying cotton coverlets. Full instructions specific to each product are listed under Care on the product page.
Will the fabric shrink after washing?
Natural cotton fabrics may experience minor shrinkage on the first wash, which is normal and expected. Following the care instructions (30–40°C wash, line dry or low heat) minimises this.
Do LINN products get softer with washing?
Yes — this is a key characteristic of combed and waffle cotton. The fabric becomes noticeably softer after the first few washes.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days. All other governorates: 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order, before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our full Return & Exchange Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery. Valu installment payment is available on selected products — look for the Valu badge on the product page.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across Egypt.
